About the Remove extra spaces

Remove extra spaces cleans up messy whitespace in any block of text: it collapses runs of spaces and tabs down to a single space, trims leading and trailing whitespace from every line, and can delete blank lines or strip spaces entirely. How do I remove double spaces from text?
Paste your text and keep "Collapse spaces" enabled. Every run of two or more spaces or tabs is reduced to a single space instantly.
Can it remove all spaces, not just extra ones?
Yes. Enable "Remove all spaces" to delete every space and tab, producing a continuous string — handy for building identifiers or removing formatting.
Does it also remove tabs and non-breaking spaces?
Yes. Tabs and non-breaking spaces (the invisible ones copied from web pages and PDFs) are collapsed along with regular spaces.
Will it delete blank lines between paragraphs?
Only if you turn on "Remove empty lines." By default blank lines are kept so your paragraph structure stays intact.
Is my text private?
