About the Age calculator
Handytool's age calculator works out exactly how old you are from a date of birth — down to the day. Enter your birthday and an optional reference date, and you'll see your age in years, months and days, plus your total days, weeks, hours and minutes lived, the day of the week you were born, and how many days are left until your next birthday. Everything runs in your browser, so no personal data is sent to a server.

Age calculator FAQ
- How do I calculate my exact age?
- Enter your date of birth and, if you want, a reference date. The calculator returns your exact age in years, months and days plus the total number of days, weeks, hours and minutes you have lived. Everything runs in your browser.
- How many days have I lived?
- Pick your birthday and leave the reference date as today. The total days field shows exactly how many days have passed since you were born, including leap days.
- Can I calculate age on a specific date?
- Yes. Change the reference date to any past or future day, and the calculator will show how old you will be — or were — on that day. Useful for retirement planning or historical questions.
- Which day of the week was I born on?
- The calculator displays the weekday of your birth automatically. It uses your browser's local calendar, so the answer matches any printed birth certificate.
- Is my date of birth saved anywhere?
- No. The age calculator is fully local — your birthday never leaves your browser. Handytool does not store, log or transmit any of the dates you enter.
- Is the age calculator free?
- Yes. Every Handytool is free to use with no sign-up, no limits and no watermarks.
