No. It's a PNG image styled to look like an iMessage chat. The tool has no connection to Apple's iMessage service — no message is actually sent or received.
Can I export a full iPhone-aspect screenshot?
Yes. Switch the Format toggle to Phone and the export is 1080×2340 — the true 9:19.5 aspect of modern iPhones. The content stays top-aligned with empty background below, just like a real screenshot.
Does it support dark mode?
